The Valiant Cloud Security product user has a time of thirty days from the date of the generation of product receipt. During this time span, he/she is authorized to terminate the subscription contract with Valiant Cloud Security. During this time span, the end-user will have no need to specify the particular reason behind the termination of service, nor he will have to pay a penalty for it.
If the time period of thirty days exceeds, no refund will be made. Also, there is no any provision to refund in circumstance of money-back guarantee or other promotional plans.
To take the above-mentioned rights in practice, the end-user should inform Valiant Cloud security in written, through mail within the appropriate time period.
If Valiant Security reimburses the amount paid by users within the fifteen days of receipt, the reimbursement will be done with the same payment mode through which the client has done the transaction at the starting.
